1. Acceptance

By accessing and using the WiFi hotspot service provided by , you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Usage

• Internet access is granted upon successful payment via M-Pesa.
• Packages are time-limited and/or data-limited as specified during purchase.
• Sessions begin immediately upon activation and run continuously.
• Unused time/data does not carry over after expiry.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed via Safaricom M-Pesa STK Push.
• All transactions are final. Refunds are at the sole discretion of management.
• In case of failed payment without service activation, contact support immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal downloads or distribution of copyrighted material.
• Accessing illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Network attacks, hacking, or unauthorized access to systems.
• Excessive bandwidth usage that degrades the service for others.

5. Privacy

We collect your phone number and device MAC address for service provision and fraud prevention. This data is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
